The technician supports Ramblewood, Beckwith Place, Hopson Flats, Ridges of Cascade, Oxford Place, and The Reserve at Oxford. Maintenance experience, reliable transportation, and on-call availability are required.
Key Responsibilities: Support maintenance needs across six Grand Rapids properties
Provide exceptional, above-standard service to customers
Troubleshoot electronic systems and maintain equipment
Participate in the on-call rotation




Apply technical and HVAC understanding during maintenance work
Requirements: Maintenance experience with technical and HVAC understanding
Electronic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance experience
Reliable transportation for travel between properties
