Key Responsibilities: Monitor accounts for compliance with credit policies
Review aging lists and credit warning reports
Investigate past-due accounts, budgets, and non-sufficient funds




Complete risk analysis for past-due customers
Resolve inquiries and manage incoming calls
Requirements: Ideally three years in credit or accounts receivable
Solid time management and organizational skills
Accuracy handling large volumes of data
Communication and negotiation skills for sensitive discussions
Intermediate Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency
