This full-time representative supports internal and external customers under the Supervisor, Guest Services. The position serves Marketing through multilingual inquiries, visitor engagement, translation, and brand communication. It requires strong written and oral French and English, critical thinking, attention to detail, and professional service across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries through telephone, email, web chat, and social media
Assist ticket purchases, event bookings, online purchases, and refund requests
Translate, revise, edit, and proofread French content accurately




Track guest interactions using customer relationship management software
Monitor reviews, forums, social media, and guest sentiment
Requirements: Secondary School Diploma; business education or certification considered an asset
Mandatory fluency in written and verbal French
Minimum two years bilingual customer service and French translation experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
Skilled communication, problem-solving, grammar, and attention to detail
