This Seasonal Weekend Dispatcher supports delivery coordination from November through April. You will communicate with drivers, monitor deliveries, respond to customer inquiries, and assess emergency requests. The position requires organization, problem solving, sound decisions, and Microsoft Office proficiency while supporting safe, reliable service.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate residential propane delivery operations during assigned weekend shifts
Provide dispatch support and real time driver communication
Monitor deliveries and adjust priorities as needs change




Coordinate emergency delivery requests and customer updates
Monitor tank levels, demand, and run out risks
Requirements: Experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, or customer service
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and solve problems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Availability for seasonal weekends and on call coverage
