As a Service Coordinator, you will manage customer calls, technicians, subcontractors, and work orders for designated locations. The position combines customer service, administrative coordination, invoicing, and database maintenance. You will support service supervisors, project managers, and technicians while helping Convergint remain customers’ first choice for service.
Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls, dispatching, scheduling, tracking, and general enquiries
Create, dispatch, maintain, and complete service work orders
Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, customers, and monthly maintenance accounts
Complete service invoicing, follow ups, credits, and problem resolution




Maintain customer databases, reports, timesheets, and service documentation
Requirements: Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, or related office experience
Minimum one year call center, dispatch, customer service, or administrative experience
Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word proficiency
Basic knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchase orders, and work orders
Solid organization, communication, flexibility, and attention to detail
