You will also support documentation and program organization.
Key Responsibilities: Develop individualized Life Skills based on resident interests
Engage residents daily through meaningful familiar routines
Organize small groups and enrichment clubs




Review resident information to tailor activities
Maintain Life Skills stations and supplies
Requirements: At least one year working with memory-impaired seniors
High School Diploma or GED
Robust communication and organizational skills
Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability
Group activity leadership experience preferred
