Key Responsibilities: Provide nursing care for clients with varied health conditions
Assess care needs and support treatment planning
Recognize changes in acuity or client complexity
Consult Registered Nurses to determine appropriate next steps




Collaborate with interdisciplinary health professionals for secure care
Requirements: Current College of Nurses of Ontario registration
Practical Nursing diploma or certificate with required medication credentials
Current BCLS/HCP certification
Knowledge of seniors, families, transfers, and lifts
Minimum one year recent acute medical nursing experience preferred
Bring nursing assessment, telemetry knowledge, and collaborative practice to General Internal Medicine at St. Joseph’s Health System.
