As a Customer Experience Associate, you will support TD Canada Trust customers through deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and banking guidance. You will determine customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, resolve concerns, and promote banking products. The position requires careful handling of confidential matters, accurate business processes, and clear communication. You will also contribute to team effectiveness and operational excellence.

Requirements: High School diploma and/or one-plus years relevant experience
