As an experienced Accounting Clerk, you will support Zanchin Automotive Group’s dealership operations. The position focuses on ledgers, invoice data, vehicle transactions, reconciliations, and remittances. You will also assist with month-end, year-end, and payroll backup.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable ledgers
Enter invoice data and post invoices
Process vehicle transaction deals accurately
Perform cash balancing, deposits, and reconciliations
Support month-end, year-end, and payroll processing
Requirements: One to three years of proven accounting experience
Post-secondary education in accounting or finance
ERP proficiency, including CDK or Reynolds
Microsoft Office Suite and Excel proficiency
Qualified communication and strong attention to detail
