As a Finance Co-op student, you will support Park’s Finance team in a collaborative corporate workplace. Your work will include quarterly documents, process documentation, partner communications, and project coordination. The position suits an analytical, detail-oriented student who manages competing assignments and timelines.
Key Responsibilities: Support quarterly working documents and financial statements
Document and maintain Finance processes and procedures
Participate in accounting system implementation activities
Coordinate agendas, minutes, communications, and follow-up items




Manage multiple assignments within established timelines
Requirements: Currently enrolled in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or related program
Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong organizational and time management skills
Effective written and verbal communication
Eligible to work in Canada and pass a criminal background check
Build practical finance experience through financial reporting, process documentation, and accounting system support at Park Property Management.
