The Sales Coordinator processes customer sales orders and supports field sales teams with inventory, lead time, and logistics enquiries. You will convert CRM quotations into factory orders while coordinating customers, representatives, factories, and logistics providers. The role also involves monitoring open orders, maintaining CRM accuracy, and documenting compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Answer customer and internal enquiries in English and French
Convert CRM quotations into sales orders for factories
Coordinate customers, representatives, factories, and logistics providers




Monitor open orders through successful closure
Support inventory, demonstrations, and service coordination
Requirements: Previous customer service experience, preferably in technical environments
Excellent verbal and written English and French communication
Solid organization, prioritization, and time management skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
SAP experience and business education preferred
