As a Subject Matter Expert, you will support Field Service Development Managers and assigned dealers. The work focuses on service strategy implementation, customer retention, profitability, and process improvement. You will evaluate candidates, monitor metrics, and help integrate Business Development Centers with service departments.

Gather local competitive data through dealer processes
Ensure proper BDC service department integration




Communicate process changes with district and zone management
Requirements: Previous automotive experience with fixed operations background
One year of fixed operations or equivalent experience
Knowledge of automotive dealership department interactions
Ability to overcome objections and solve customer issues
Assertive, energetic approach in a selling workplace
Apply dealership operations knowledge, customer service judgment, and metric management skills to improve assigned dealer performance.
