In this role, you will guide customers through every step of their vehicle-buying journey, from the first test drive to the final handshake, helping them find the vehicle that perfectly fits their lifestyle. By building strong relationships and delivering outstanding customer experiences, you will play a key role in our team’s success.

How you will make an impact: Help customers find the right vehicle to suit their needs and lifestyle.
Build customer relationships through friendly and knowledgeable service.
Answer questions and make the buying experience simple and enjoyable.
Arrange test drives and guide customers through the purchasing process.
Ensure smooth vehicle handovers and a positive customer experience.
Work closely with sales, finance, service, and management teams.

You have experience in a similar role, with a focus on building trust
You bring excellent energy, professionalism, and make a strong first impression
You are a strong communicator and confident when speaking in person, over the phone or online
You stay on top of tasks and take initiative without being asked
Valid Driver’s License
