This Recovery Administrator position supports vehicle seizures, redemptions, bailiff communication, auctions, and file closure. You will maintain organized recovery information, troubleshoot operational issues, assist billing and accounting processes, and support collections with skip tracing when needed. The role is office-based.
Key Responsibilities: Issue warrant packages and Notices of Intent
Troubleshoot issues encountered by bailiffs
Keep spreadsheets and auction trackers current
Forward completed repossession files to accounting
Support billing, RSLA documentation,



and third-party communication
Requirements: Administrative coordination or vehicle repossession experience
Proficiency in administrative tasks, billing support, and records
Problem-solving ability supporting productive recovery processes
Post-secondary business or logistics education preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
