Drive North Star window and door sales across Halton, Waterloo and Niagara while developing dealers and travelling throughout the assigned territory.
As Territory Sales Manager, you will grow North Star business through dealer relationships, new leads and account development. You will support contractors, architects and renovators while managing sales targets, customer education and market opportunities. The position emphasizes communication, selling, reporting and frequent territory travel.
Key Responsibilities: Develop dealer leads and strengthen existing dealer relationships
Identify opportunities to grow accounts and market share
Train customers on North Star quoting software
Educate dealers about products and recent developments




Prepare sales reports for the Director of Sales
Requirements: Two to five years of relevant sales experience
Experience dealing with contractors, architects and renovators
Strong relationship-building, selling and communication abilities
Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel
Valid provincial driver's license and reliable transportation
Use territory sales, dealer development and product expertise to expand North Star's presence across three Ontario regions.
