Cleantech seeks a dependable Head Concierge for a 33-storey residential strata building with 239 units. You will respond to resident requests, support daily operations, and handle some Building Manager responsibilities. The position also includes occasional janitorial duties, record keeping, and communication with the property manager.
Key Responsibilities: Answer resident questions and requests professionally and warmly
Monitor resident and visitor access throughout the building
Verify fire alarms and notify residents when false
Complete move-in and move-out booking documentation




Maintain resident, access, parking, and locker records
Requirements: Two years of Concierge or Head Concierge experience preferred
One year of Building Manager experience preferred
Proven hospitality or customer service experience
Robust problem-solving and organizational skills
Basic Microsoft Office and scheduling software proficiency
