Use SAP and Microsoft Office to maintain accurate inventory as an Inventory Associate with Medline Canada in Calgary. This is an in office, full-time contract role.

Working Monday to Friday from 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm, you will perform cycle counts, manage stock, and reconcile records. The role supports inventory accuracy through root cause analysis, corrective actions, and coordination with cross-functional teams. You will also create approvals, document activities,



and follow GMP and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Investigate root causes and develop corrective actions
• Use SAP for inventory transactions and adjustments
• Manage blocked and released inventory during checks
• Maintain accurate documentation and organized work areas

Requirements:

• Availability for a 12-month contract assignment
• Availability Monday to Friday, 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm
• Ability to use SAP ERP and Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to follow GMP and company procedures
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and protocols
