As Deal Desk Coordinator, you will generate quotes, process orders, and support approvals for a B2B SaaS business. You will work with Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud records, Google Sheets, and approval workflows. The position builds experience in subscription pricing, renewals, deal structure, and contract workflows while supporting sellers, Finance, Legal, and Sales Operations.
Key Responsibilities: Build accurate quotes using approved pricing and deal parameters
Validate signed orders against quotes and Salesforce records
Route approvals, track status, and update sellers
Prepare standard renewals, add-ons,



and co-terms
Maintain clean Salesforce data and process documentation
Requirements: One to two years in Deal Desk or Sales Operations
Required hands-on Salesforce CPQ quote-building experience
Understanding of subscription pricing, discounts, and renewals
Google Workspace proficiency and solid data skills
High attention to detail and transparent communication
