Support interventional radiology and cardiology procedures as a Registered Nurse with Humber River Health’s Medical Imaging team. Weekend casual availability is required.
This Registered Nurse position reports to the Manager, Medical Imaging, at the Wilson Site. You will assist physicians and technologists across interventional radiology, CT-guided, MRI, ultrasound, and fluoroscopy procedures. Responsibilities include medication administration, sedation recovery, procedural-site assessment, discharge education, and accurate documentation. Emergency readiness is central to the work.
Key Responsibilities: Assist physicians and technologists during imaging procedures
Administer ordered medications and monitor procedural responses
Assess recovery from sedation and manage procedural complications




Provide discharge instructions to patients and families
Document assessments, interventions, and responses accurately
Requirements: Registered Nurse registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Recent experience in Medical Imaging or related acute-care areas
Current BCLS and ACLS upon hire or within six months
IV push medication, sedation, and venipuncture proficiency
Solid communication, flexibility, and professional practice knowledge
Bring procedural nursing, sedation monitoring, and emergency-response capabilities to Humber River Health’s Medical Imaging department.
