Coordinate Canadian and U.S. visa applications as a Human Resources Analyst supporting accurate, confidential employee documentation. Work Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, HRIS and Compensation & Benefits, you will manage cross-border documentation and employee changes. The work involves government forms, application tracking, records management, and communication with employees, managers, HR teams, vendors, and government offices. Accuracy, confidentiality, and timely processing are central.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate Canadian and U.S. visa applications and renewals
Organize supporting documents and monitor application status
Submit ITIN, ITN, CRA, and IRS applications




Resolve application questions with employees and service providers
Maintain confidential records and employee information
Requirements: One year of immigration service provider experience
Cross-border visa and government form experience preferred
Strong Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
Highly organized with solid prioritization abilities
Fluent English required; Chinese language skills are an asset
Bring immigration documentation, government forms, records management, and confidential communication skills to T&T; Supermarket's HR team.
