C-Care Health Services seeks experienced PSWs for part-time or casual hospital assignments. The work includes constant patient observation, floor duty, activities of daily living, mobility support, and accurate documentation. Assignments cover days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
Key Responsibilities: Provide constant observation and one-on-one patient supervision
Monitor falls, wandering, confusion, and safety concerns
Assist with feeding, toileting, grooming, and hygiene
Support mobility, transfers, repositioning, and fall prevention
Report patient condition or behaviour changes promptly
Requirements: Recognized Ontario PSW certificate or equivalent training
Minimum one year of relevant patient care experience
Valid CPR/BLS certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
