The Residential Leasing Sales Representative helps deliver superior customer service while supporting occupancy across Starlight’s residential properties. Daily work includes appointment booking, property tours, mystery shops, credit checks, and rental documentation. Candidates should bring direct sales experience, teamwork, resourcefulness, and adaptability. Access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license are required, with periodic travel within Canada possible.
Key Responsibilities: Arrange and host open houses for prospective residents
Schedule appointments through telephone and online channels




Perform market comparisons and mystery shops
Conduct credit checks for rental applicants
Explain property features and complete applications
Requirements: Two years of direct sales capacity experience
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
Excellent teamwork and team-building skills
Resourceful, adaptable, and adaptable working approach
Ability to interpret and implement company policies
Apply sales, leasing, and customer service capabilities to strengthen resident experiences and occupancy results at Starlight Investments.
