Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer and close
Partner with Tax leaders on emerging talent needs
Source specialized talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and networks
Use market intelligence to guide hiring decisions




Improve candidate and hiring leader experiences
Requirements: Five or more years of progressive talent acquisition experience
Experience managing complex recruitment portfolios and multiple stakeholders
Proven success sourcing passive, specialized candidates
Solid analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
Comfort using Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Copilot
