As Specialist, Global Digital Channels, you will help optimize Sunlife.com, the intranet, and related corporate microsites. Your work supports website operations, content discoverability, SEO/GEO, governance, and digital experience improvements. You will align business needs with marketing technology capabilities while coordinating delivery with global partners.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain corporate digital properties and support effective website operations
Manage content intake, publishing workflows, page updates, and quality assurance
Maintain documentation, processes, and governance practices for onboarding




Partner with Technology and business teams on digital solution delivery
Support accessible, measurable, and engaging website experiences
Requirements: Three to five years managing websites or digital experiences
Three to five years consulting with business stakeholders
Working knowledge of CMS templates, metadata, tagging, redirects, and accessibility
Experience with enterprise content management and web analytics tools
Ability to manage multiple work streams and changing priorities
