Working in Undergraduate Medical Education within the Faculty of Medicine, you will assist the UGME Manager with MD program delivery. The position supports educational events, clinical skills meetings, examinations, and planning across educational experiences. Experience in university academic program activities is required.
Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for MD program delivery
Coordinate event registration, catering, and supply orders
Prepare, print, collate, and circulate educational documentation
Schedule meetings, develop agendas, and record minutes




Assist with examination startup and invigilation
Requirements: One to three years’ university academic program experience
Two-year business or office administration program graduation
Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Brightspace and One45 knowledge considered an asset
