RNS Health Care Services Inc. seeks a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to deliver in-home pediatric care in York Region (Markham, North York, Aurora). Availability includes afternoons, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
You will administer medications, monitor patient conditions, educate families, and collaborate to develop and update individualized care plans. A valid CNO registration, CPR/First Aid, and a background check are required.
