This role investigates recurring support trends, recommends problem management actions, and coordinates application maintenance. You will collaborate with internal and external teams while maintaining accurate JIRA records and meeting defined standards.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze ticket trends and recommend problem management actions
Assess operational impacts of vendor maintenance and upgrade packages
Analyze integration errors and system issues




Lead resolution of high-impact and priority incidents
Maintain accurate incident and request documentation in JIRA
Requirements: At least two to five years in System Analyst or similar work
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for conceptual situations
Knowledge of JIRA or comparable task tracking tools
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Interest in leading and managing people
Use incident management, application support, and analytical skills to strengthen corporate systems and service delivery at P&H.;
