This fixed-term Member Service Representative position serves existing and potential members at Access Credit Union. You will process deposits, withdrawals, loans, utility payments, money orders, and other transactions. The work also includes promoting products, protecting confidential information, and supporting referrals.
Key Responsibilities: Process over-the-counter financial services professionally and efficiently
Balance ATM, night deposits, and daily cash drawer
Resolve routine member account and deposit instrument problems
Respond to inquiries in person, by phone,



and email
Promote products and services through advice-based conversations
Requirements: Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
At least one year of customer or member service experience
Solid verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient computer skills and basic risk management knowledge
Apply financial transaction accuracy, relationship management, and product knowledge to support Access Credit Union members effectively.
