This Sewing Floor Helper role coordinates floor service for sewing, down filling, and sorting operations. Reporting to the department Supervisor, you will review production targets and approved specifications. Your work keeps operators equipped and completed garments moving forward.

• Review daily loading schedules and production targets
• Confirm production samples and specifications with your Supervisor
• Monitor operator workloads and communicate upcoming shortages
• Distribute work fairly across production operators
