Maintain Starlim North America’s London facility using electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and troubleshooting skills. This full-time role currently follows Monday-to-Friday day shifts.
The Facilities Maintenance Team Member supports general facility maintenance and labour duties in a manufacturing workplace. Responsibilities cover building systems, grounds, equipment, preventative maintenance, air handling units, and minor repairs. The role also supports safety, housekeeping, quality standards, inspections, contractors, and upgrades.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain grounds, equipment, building systems, and facility infrastructure
Complete scheduled preventative maintenance and facility records
Change air handling filters and perform general maintenance
Repair minor plumbing, electrical, painting,



and carpentry issues
Support contractors, upgrades, emergencies, and winter maintenance
Requirements: High school diploma; construction or maintenance program preferred
One to two years of facility maintenance experience
Basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry understanding
Manufacturing experience and health and safety knowledge
Valid driver’s license and ability to use common tools
Bring facilities maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting capabilities to Starlim North America’s manufacturing operation in London.
