As a Business Development Representative, you will connect with quote requesters, applicants, and approved clients. You will move prospects forward through calls, emails, and text while supporting PolicyMe’s digital insurance mission. The established team is scaling a proven function through experiments, feedback, and data-informed improvements.
Key Responsibilities: Engage and qualify inbound leads across phone, email, and text
Contact new leads quickly and manage consistent outreach follow-up
Convert incomplete applications into active opportunities and completed policies
Maintain detailed HubSpot notes for seamless advisor handoffs




Analyze trends and recommend outreach strategy improvements
Requirements: Sales, business development, or client-facing experience or robust interest
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, finance, or STEM
Strong communication skills with adaptable client engagement approaches
Comfort learning systems and adjusting through data and feedback
