Sherwin-Williams is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to collaborate with the Store Manager to plan and implement strategies within a Sherwin-Williams paint store. This role supports customer service, marketing, merchandising, inventory, finances, and safety, and assists in supervising staff and training programs.
You will contact customers to generate sales leads, help drive store performance, and partner with the Store Manager on outside sales calls to grow market share.
