This Windows System Engineer position focuses on endpoint and SCCM responsibilities. You will manage Windows 11 configurations, Office patches, driver updates, and compliance issues. The work includes automation, troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration with helpdesk and endpoint management teams.
Key Responsibilities: Diagnose operating system and Office patch compliance issues
Analyze root causes and implement corrective actions
Develop PowerShell automation scripts for recurring issues
Test, deploy, and monitor automated maintenance solutions




Support Windows 11 upgrades and configurations
Requirements: Six-plus years in desktop support or compliance management
Solid Windows 11 configuration and patching knowledge
PowerShell proficiency for automation and system management
Experience with Intune, SCCM, or endpoint management solutions
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
