Coordinate Hiring Fairs and employer recruitment at NAIT, using solid communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. This is a temporary position.
As Career and Employment Liaison, you will support employer engagement and employment initiatives connecting students and alumni with industry. Reporting to the Employer Relations Supervisor, you will coordinate recruitment activities, employer readiness, registrations, communications, and reporting. The position ends on or before February 29, 2028, with possible extension.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Hiring Fairs and employer recruitment activities
Coordinate employer participation, readiness, communications, and invoicing
Organize Employer Information Sessions for students and alumni




Summarize event outcomes using surveys and available metrics
Maintain ongoing relationships with employer and internal stakeholders
Requirements: Post-secondary diploma; related degree preferred
Three to five years of related professional experience
Strong event planning and coordination experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Flexibility for extended or outside-normal-hours work
Bring event coordination, employer engagement, and communication strengths to connect NAIT students with meaningful recruitment opportunities.
