As a Business Development Representative, you will generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, effective qualification, and collaboration with Account Executives. You will identify customer needs, assess product suitability, and arrange discovery meetings. The role also involves Salesforce and sales enablement tools, objection handling, and agreed performance targets.
Key Responsibilities: Generate new opportunities through targeted prospecting strategies
Manage inbound and outbound calls with prospective contacts




Secure product demonstrations and schedule discovery meetings
Meet daily call volume and talk time targets
Maintain solid relationships with Account Executives
Requirements: Minimum one year of professional experience
Excellent telephone, written communication, and listening skills
Previous Salesforce and sales enablement tools experience
Understanding of business processes and organisational structures
Ability to receive coaching and apply feedback
Build qualified pipeline for Klipboard through prospecting, qualification, communication, Salesforce, and productive Account Executive collaboration.
