As Clearford’s Business Development Coordinator, you will support administrative, logistical, and proposal development work. Coordinate RFP, RFQ, and EOI submissions while collaborating with Operations, internal departments, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders. The position typically works 40 hours weekly, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate proposal preparation, formatting, review, assembly, and submission
Review requirements, deadlines, deliverables, and compliance criteria
Gather technical information, pricing, certifications, and supporting documents
Manage submission portals, trackers, templates,



and proposal records
Coordinate meetings, site visits, travel, and follow-ups
Requirements: Post-secondary business, office administration, marketing, communications, or related education
Coordinator, administrative, sales support, or proposal experience preferred
Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams proficiency
Exceptional organization, time management, and attention to detail
Skilled communication with internal and external stakeholders
