Coordinate advisor block transfers for Hub Financial from Woodbridge, Vancouver, Calgary, Winnipeg, or Montreal in a hybrid work model.
As a Transfer Specialist, you will ensure client policies reflect accurate servicing and commissionable broker changes. You will liaise with brokers and insurance carriers, prepare transfer forms, maintain WealthServ records, and investigate discrepancies. Financial services, insurance, MGA operations, contracting, block transfer, APEXA, and WealthServ experience are assets.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and submit transfer forms to brokers and insurers
Process reassignment and Buy/Sell transfer documentation accurately
Maintain current broker and block transfer information
Obtain insurer client listings for investigations and transfers




Participate in Contracting and Transfer team projects
Requirements: Positive attitude, curiosity, and desire to help others
Team-oriented approach with internal and external partners
Ability to manage multiple priorities and commitments
Financial services, insurance, or MGA operations experience is advantageous
APEXA and WealthServ experience is advantageous
Bring relationship-building, documentation, and investigation skills to advisor transfer workflows serving independent financial advisors.
