Key Responsibilities: Develop action plans supporting portfolio growth and client retention
Manage mid-market portfolios and build owner relationships

Collaborate internally on financing and advisory solutions
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration, or related field
Three to five years’ commercial banking client-facing experience
Experience with prospecting, pipeline development, and follow-up strategies
Strong financial analysis, negotiation, and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
Use commercial banking, relationship-building, and credit judgment skills to support Kelowna entrepreneurs through BDC financing solutions.
