Silver Hills seeks a Controls Specialist for its Projects team. You will program, install, troubleshoot, and start up current and modified equipment. The work involves PLC and HMI programming, electrical and mechanical design, controls wiring, instrumentation, and industrial networking. You will collaborate with Engineering, Production, Maintenance, and Quality Assurance to improve equipment, systems, and facilities supporting Silver Hills products.
Key Responsibilities: Program, configure, and integrate Rockwell and Beckhoff PLC/HMI systems
Commission food processing conveyors, augers, dryers, and packaging machines
Troubleshoot electrical, controls, robotics, and mechanical production issues
Create electrical drawings, single lines,



and updated as-built documentation
Install hardware, configure software, and support maintenance training
Requirements: Diploma, certification, or degree in Electrical, Automation, or Mechatronics Engineering
Three to five years industrial automation installation, programming, and commissioning experience
Two years PLC and HMI programming experience
Rockwell Studio 5000, FactoryTalk View, or Beckhoff TwinCAT 3 experience
Proficiency with IEC 61131-3 languages, Ladder Logic, and Structured Text
