This early-career Security Assurance Associate supports customer-facing security processes under the Director of Information Security. You will work with Information Security, Compliance, Legal, Product, Engineering, IT, and Sales. The role centers on approved responses, evidence, Trust Center content, and request tracking.
Key Responsibilities: Complete questionnaires, RFPs, and due diligence requests
Maintain approved responses, documentation, and supporting evidence
Coordinate accurate answers with internal subject-matter experts
Track requests, owners, deadlines, and outstanding items




Keep Trust Center information current and flag gaps
Requirements: Early-career customer-facing, SaaS operations, security, privacy, or compliance experience
Solid written communication and careful attention to detail
Organizational habits for managing requests and deadlines
Interest in information security, privacy, compliance, or enterprise software
Comfort with documents, spreadsheets, knowledge bases, and collaboration tools
