You will resolve IT questions, support applications, administer environments, respond to tickets, and contribute to technology implementation projects. The position also supports WCB applications including eCO, PAM, RapidReport, SAM, LCR, Akumina, and Workday.
Key Responsibilities: Resolve IT-related questions and operational problems
Respond to tickets and liaise with service desk
Administer at least two WCB IT applications
Perform hardware and software testing
Provide training or mentoring to technology groups
Requirements: Demonstrated competency supporting Windows systems
Linux skills considered an asset
Solid technical troubleshooting and client service skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to learn and adapt to new technology
Use Windows support, application administration, troubleshooting, and client service skills to maintain WCB-Alberta technology operations.
