Mission

I am looking for a CPA Financial Controller for a manufacturing company in the Laurentians.

Your responsibilities will include:
-Ensuring the proper management of the company’s accounting and financial activities.
Supervise the preparation of financial reports and ensure the reliability of accounting data.
Coordinate month-end and year-end activities as well as external audits.
Ensure the smooth running of financial operations, including cash management, payroll, and day-to-day transactions.
Participate in budget monitoring, results analysis, and financial forecasting.
-Monitor operating costs and inventory levels.
-Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and tools.
-Supervise, support, and develop members of the accounting team.




-Maintain rigorous internal control practices and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
-Work collaboratively with management on financial issues and business improvement initiatives.

Your profile

Your Profile:

-Hold the CPA qualified designation.
-Have relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial workplace.
-Have worked in a financial setting involving multiple entities and currencies.
-Have experience supervising and developing a team.
-Be fluent in French and English to collaborate with various stakeholders in Canada and the United States.
-Demonstrate excellent knowledge of Excel and financial management tools.
-Possess solid analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
-Demonstrate leadership, independence, attention to detail, and sound business judgment.
