Remote from Canada, provide first-class technical support for Axon Fusus using networking knowledge and customer-focused troubleshooting across multiple channels.

As a Senior Technical Support Representative, you will support Axon Fusus customers with hardware and software issues. The position requires systematic problem-solving, enterprise network equipment knowledge, and familiarity with security camera systems. You will also work with implementation specialists on customer location setup.

Key Responsibilities:
Resolve inbound customer requests through email and telephone
Troubleshoot issues and follow Axon Fusus escalation policy
Master Axon Fusus apps, APIs, and development roadmap
Support VMS, IP cameras, and Linux networking tools




Document completed work in the CRM support tool

Requirements:
One year of information systems and networking experience
Solid knowledge of routers, firewalls, tunnels, configuration, and data flow
Security camera, VMS, DVR, or NVR experience strongly desired
Technical college degree completed or in progress
Ability to pass CJIS and maintain RCMP Clearance
