We’re currently hiring a Sales Representative to join our growing contact center team. No auto glass experience is required — just a passion for sales, a positive attitude, and the drive to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries about auto glass services
Provide accurate price quotes and explain service options clearly
Convert leads into bookings by confidently closing the sale
Meet and exceed individual sales goals and call quality metrics
Use internal systems to manage quotes, calls, and bookings
Collaborate with your team and maintain a high standard of customer service





What We’re Looking For:
Proven sales experience (commission-based or target-driven is a major plus)
Confident, professional phone manner and strong communication skills
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Fluent in spoken and written English
Comfortable with intermediate computer skills (typing, navigation, multitasking)
Quick, reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
