Grandcity Autobody(Richmond) Ltd is an I.C.B.C Car Shop and have been operating collision repair facility serving Greater Vancouver for 30 years.
Now we are looking for a full time Estimator and Estimator Assistant supporting repair estimates and helping customer with insurance paperwork.
Duties
Assist with preparing and reviewing repair estimates, including labor hours, parts and paint material
Explain estimate details and repair options clearly, respond to customer questions, and provide attentive service.
Enter data and prepare estimate report to ICBC
Check parts prices with suppliers
Help communicate with customers and ICBC
Support the repair team and follow up on job progress
Qualifications
. Positive spoken Cantonese/Mandarin and English
. Valid BC driving license
. Experience in auto body repair,
car parts , or vehicle estimating is an advantage
. Basic knowledge of cars and vehicle damage
