Key Responsibilities: Guide business communities on options for complex system problems
Collect, analyze, and document business requirements and impacts
Maintain accurate, centralized documentation for system changes




Document test scenarios and trace requirements to application solutions
Facilitate agreement between business and technical teams
Requirements: Related bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum four years in business analysis, project management, or relevant work
Experience in change management and process design
Robust written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
Ability to influence and align multiple stakeholders
