As a senior engineer, you will shape a large working platform used by XA Security staff, clients, and payroll teams. Work spans Next.js, Supabase/Postgres, integrations, and internal operations tools. You will guide technical direction, review code, and deliver verified releases.
Key Responsibilities: Build features across Next.js, server routes, and Supabase/Postgres
Protect correctness across payroll, billing, tax, and scheduling rules
Design migrations and maintain row-level security
Integrate payment, accounting, payroll, SMS, and email providers
Improve testing, observability, and rollback planning
Requirements: Five-plus years of skilled software development experience
Two-plus years running production web applications
Strong TypeScript, React, SQL, and relational data modelling
Experience with Next.js, Postgres, migrations, and access control
Experience handling APIs, retries, webhooks, and partial failures
Bring senior ownership, full stack expertise, and sound technical judgment to Digital XA's production platform.
