This junior HR position supports organizational growth and scaling. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee performance records while working with General Managers. The role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and offers opportunities to obtain CHRP and payroll certifications.
Key Responsibilities: Post vacancies and perform first interviews
Complete candidate background checks during recruitment
Add recent hires to scheduling and payroll software
Maintain employee records and identify performance gaps
Work with General Managers to close identified gaps
Requirements: Junior human resources professional background
Ideally, a human resources diploma
Availability Monday through Friday
Some evening and weekend availability for recruitment efforts
Interest in KidStrong and coaching classes
Develop recruiting, onboarding, and performance administration skills while supporting KidStrong's leaders and organizational growth.
