You will define market strategy, guide pricing and capital allocation, and partner with product, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer teams. The role reports to the General Manager of Public Administration.Key Responsibilities:
Own revenue, costs, margin, operating plans, and reforecastingSet market strategy, positioning, pricing, packaging, and termsPartner with sales to improve pipeline, wins, retention, and expansionAlign product roadmaps with long-term business objectivesBuild leadership teams,

Related BA or BS degree, or equivalent experience;
Masters preferred15 or more years of directly related pension experienceDemonstrated meaningful-scale P&L; ownership with concrete resultsSector network and understanding of records and DPS software marketsExperience leading commercial functions and senior leadership teamsApply pension-sector expertise, commercial judgment, and software delivery fluency to lead business performance and customer execution.
