Responsibilities include assigning work, reviewing methods, coordinating resources, monitoring performance, and administering applicable policies. You will also address personnel matters, oversee apprentice training, and maintain relationships with public and outside organizations.Key Responsibilities:
Review assignments and field-check distribution work in progressRecommend corrective actions, feedback, recognition, and performance responsesCoordinate priorities and resources as conditions changeAdminister outside lines resources, tenders, awards,



and invoicesProvide section activity data and reports to supervisorsRequirements:
More than six and up to eight years’ supervisory experienceExperience in relief supervision or Union Trades Supervisor Level 2Ability to organize large crewsKnowledge of performance reviews, collective agreement issues, and delegationAbility to coordinate diplomatically with internal and external forcesBring lines supervision, contractor administration, performance management, and distribution operations expertise to Hydro One’s Bancroft team.
